Hidden Gems

Leave the crowds behind on a walk from Inspector Rebus's favourite pub and the Georgian House on Charlotte Square down into Dean Village, the old milling community in its narrow valley. Follow the Water of Leith under Dean Bridge to the classical temple of St Bernard's Well, and finish in the Royal Botanic Garden.
