A short, delicious walk through Vienna’s café culture: the centuries-old delicatessen Zum Schwarzen Kameel, the vaulted Café Central in Palais Ferstel, the imperial confectioner Demel on Kohlmarkt and Café Hawelka, a famous artists’ haunt. It ends behind the State Opera at Hotel Sacher, home of the cake that carries its name.
