Hidden Gems

Leave the crowds of the Stradun for the quieter streets on either side. Find a monastery on Prijeko first recorded in the 13th century, a Serbian Orthodox church, the tiny museum of playwright Marin Držić, the old convent of the Poor Clares, a former grain store turned ethnographic museum and the Jesuit church at the top of its grand stairway.
