Report a problem
In the app, open your Profile from the avatar in the Explore header and choose Report a problem. During a walk, open the walk’s options and choose Report a Problem to report the stop you are on. You can add a note and, if you like, a photo.
A wrong or inappropriate photo can be reported the same way.
Delete your account
In the app, open your Profile and choose Delete account. It takes effect immediately and does not require contacting us. What it removes, and the two things it deliberately keeps, are described under “Your rights” on the privacy page.
