Most Zielony is a pedestrian bridge over the Motława, linking Główne Miasto with Wyspa Spichrzów. It is the best-known bridge in Główne Miasto. The present structure dates from 1564 and follows a design by Dirk Daniels.
An earlier crossing called Most Kogi stood here before it was rebuilt. At the western abutment, the bridge lies beneath Brama Zielona, with Długi Targ and Długie Pobrzeże leading onto it; Stągiewna begins at the opposite abutment. Originally, this was a drawbridge, allowing vessels to pass along the river.
After wartime destruction and reconstruction, it lost that function and now serves pedestrians. Until 1959, tram tracks crossed the bridge on a route running to Stogi. Its history is therefore unusually visible in its changing role: a passage for ships, trams, and now walkers.
