Within the general house of the Franciscan Sisters of the Suffering on Wilcza Street seven, you have reached the Chapel of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. This is a Roman Catholic chapel. Franciszka Robaczewska bought this property in eighteen sixty-four for Przytulisko, a Warsaw care institution already active since eighteen fifty-eight.

A wooden chapel followed that purchase, then a masonry structure replaced it in eighteen seventy. Around nineteen twelve, that earlier chapel was removed, and the present building was created over the years through nineteen fifteen to plans by Konstanty Jakimowicz. Bishop Kazimierz Ruszkiewicz consecrated it on the eighteenth of March nineteen fifteen under the dedication of Our Lady of Perpetual Help.

Inside, the chapel has a single nave. Notice the marble plaques by the entrance: they carry the names of deceased people who supported Przytulisko. In this compact religious space, those inscriptions preserve the link between an institution of care and the community that sustained it.
