The three-storey station building is rectangular, with an off-centre projecting section on the platform side; a warehouse is joined directly to its north side. This modest station is built as working infrastructure rather than a ceremonial city gateway.

Its railway line links Jelcz Miłoszyce with Wrocław Osobowice. A freight siding leaves the station to serve businesses along the Oder navigation canal, including the Wrocław River Shipyard, 3M—formerly Viscoplast—and PPG Deco Polska, previously Polifarb Wrocław. That connection places the station in the practical landscape of factories, water transport and rail freight around the river.

Passenger trains returned here temporarily in April two thousand seventeen. The station reopened on the twelfth of December two thousand twenty-one, when rail services to Jelcz-Laskowice were restored. So the building beside the platform carries both the industrial life of this part of Wrocław and a revived passenger route.
